Two Annual Visits
Comprehensive Inspection & Cleaning of Indoor and Outdoor Units
System Tune-Up

When our certified technician arrives for the maintenance visit, the following tasks will be completed:

  • Clean outdoor coil
  • Clean indoor coil
  • Check and test motors
  • Test safety controls
  • Check thermostat(s)
  • Test operating pressures
  • Test compressor
  • Check gas pressure
  • Inspect flue
  • Clean burners as needed
  • Check and clean filters
  • Clean condensate drain

  • Test defrost cycle
